the worst place I have been

Maybe it's not the worst place, but it was a bad experience. In the year 2016, my dad, my grandmother, my aunt, my cousin and me, went for a ride to the Vichuquén Lake. This lake is located in Curicó, there is no official meaning for “Vichuquén”, some people say that Vichuquén comes from the castilianization of the words quechua “huichai” y “kenku”, whose meaning “ascender tortuoso”, what in my oppinion is very accurate, because to get there we drive between a lot of hills.

The reason why I wasn’t (and I don’t) like this place is because when we arrived, we hoped that we can swim in the lake and lay in the sand but the public beach was so small!!! Most of the lake was surrounded by private houses of rich people with a private beach, also, most of the houses had boats, which pollute the lake.

The landscape is beautiful, the lake is beautiful, but it cannot be enjoyed as it should be.
